See how to produce reports, receipts, and thank you notes in the Donors and Gifts module in response to the donations that you receive. Shelby Consultant, Carmen Dea, will share with you how to effectively pull reports, as donations are received, and create templates for Thank You notes or Receipts that may then be sent to donors.
You will learn to:
- Run common reports such as the Pledge File List or the Gift List.
- Run analytical reports such as the Analysis List or the Columnar report.
- Create templates to merge receipts or thank you notes to Word that are quick and easy to run with each batch.
- Run reports to show giving grouped by sub-donor (such as how much giving has come from one congregation or church).
- Run Statements that include receipts at the bottom to tear off and return with the next gift.
