The training reviewed three different products in an effort to show various ways to track prospects. Since I only had the membership module, I did not come away with more information than I already knew about tracking in the module. I also was not convinced that the Reaching or Prospect modules would tremendously benefit my process. I would have preferred more time spent on getting the information out through reports or queries pushed to my desktop for daily follow-up.
